Integrated Change Control

Change is the only constant in life” – Heraclitus

Projects, especially that are user specific in nature, rarely run exactly according to the initial plan. Hence, in the integrated change control process, you decide and pick the changes that are right for your project – but the manager is not actually the one who is making that decision, although he plays a significant part in executing the change. He must receive the approval of the change control board. He should employ wide varieties of tools including his expert judgement, weekly meetings, notifications and trackers.
